About This Project

Complete basement transformation featuring a custom media room, Sound-isolated rooms, and a full bathroom. This project maximized every square foot of unfinished space, creating a versatile lower level perfect for entertaining and everyday living. The media room stands out with its elevated rear seating platform, providing optimal viewing angles for the home theatre setup. Strategic sound isolation throughout ensures movie nights don't disturb the rest of the home—and vice versa. New egress windows were installed to meet code requirements and flood the basement with natural light, while a well-planned hallway connects all spaces efficiently. The added bathroom includes modern fixtures and tile work, making this basement fully self-sufficient.
