The Long-Awaited Reveal – Complete Basement Renovation

After approximately three months of careful planning and skilled execution, we’re thrilled to share the final results of this full basement renovation.

This project included a soundproofed media room, an arts and crafts space, a spacious bedroom, and a stunning new wet bar and bathroom. Two new egress windows were also installed to meet Ontario Building Code and provide beautiful natural light.

The homeowners, Jason and Sabrina, were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their vision brought so much life and personality to the space—just look at the bold, vibrant colors they chose. Their input helped transform this basement into a truly functional space.

We didn’t stop at aesthetics. This home is now networked with 2" PVC conduit and hardwired Cat 6 cabling throughout. Dedicated circuits were added for performance and code compliance, exterior cameras were installed for peace of mind, and Torly’s luxury vinyl plank flooring was used for durability and elegance.

There were far too many upgrades and thoughtful touches in this project to list them all, but rest assured this basement was finished to the highest standards.
