Project Update: Finished Basement in Progress – Feb to March 2025

We’re excited to share a quick progress update on a full basement finishing project we’ve been working on since early February. As of the end of March, Things are really starting to take shape.

This basement is being transformed into a fully functional living space, complete with a bedroom, full bathroom, Arts and crafts room, and Full theatre room with bar sink, kitchen cabinets and full soundproofing. The layout is open and modern, designed to maximize both space and comfort. Plumbing undergrounds were installed to accommodate the bar sink + Bathroom as there was no existing rough-in as well as 2 added egress windows.

Lighting, DMX + 3/4" OSB subfloor is now installed -

Next up: Paint, flooring, and cabinetry installation, Bathroom install followed by the finishing touches that make a space feel like home.

This project highlights what’s possible with proper planning and quality craftsmanship. We're proud of how far it's come and can’t wait to share the final results in just a few more weeks.

As usual with any reputable company, This basement is based off of a complete architectural plan + Permit with the city of Ottawa.
