-Screw and level all floors

-Change baseboards throughout

-Change lighting throughout

-Install Torlys luxury vinyl plank

-Remove large vanity in bathroom and install small vanity

-update bathroom

-Change all old plugs and switches to decora

-Supply and install carpet in stairwell and upper hall

-Add dedicated circuit to 2nd floor office(2x 15 Amp plugs and 1 250v outlet)

-Renovate 2nd floor office Including floors and paint.(Carpet to luxury vinyl plank)

-Change all cold air grills and warm air grills

-Patch and paint throughout
