Homeowner wanted to sell his house in Ottawa

Scope:

-Remodel kitchen Including removing existing tile and installing white enigma 12x24

-Remodel 3 bathrooms keeping existing vanities, New tile, New custom shower with linear drain and custom shower door in master.

Convert bathtub to shower in main bath

-Install tile in foyer(White enigma 12x24)

-Change trim throughout

-Convert carpeted stairs to hardwood stairs with new oak handrails and black metal spindles.

-Convert all existing sliding and bifolds to swing doors in entrance, bedrooms, all closets.

-Add wall between kitchen and sitting room as well as foyer and sitting room with door to create office.

-Upgrade all light fixtures
